Abstract

The sculpture collection in the Mystras Museum includes two marble relief slabs which, on the basis of their iconography and style, are dated to the Late Byzantine period. Specifically, they seen to belong to the sculptural decoration of the church of Sts Theodore at Mystras (late 13th c.). In all probability the slabs were originally built into panels on the east facade of the monument.
