Rhodes et la Lycie: Le tétraconque d’Arnitha
Abstract
The article discusses the Early Christian basilica complex of Arnitha on Rhodes in comparison to the numerous Early Christian basilicas which have been unearthed in the neighbouring Asia Minor mainland of Rhodes, that of Lycia. The typological affinities, notwithstanding the small differentiations, suggest a commonality in planning and an architectural assimilation between the two areas.
