Abstract
In this paper, based on international research data and recent studies in Greece we present in detail the characteristics and dynamics of the bullying and victimization phenomenon in schools, as well as the psychosocial and family characteristics of the involved children. Furthermore, we analyze the intervention strategies and the role of school and teacher in effective management and treatment of students-perpetrators and students-victims, according to an inclusive psychopedagogical perspective
