Research and technology in E.U. towards 2020. Upgrade or stagnation? What the impact on Greece?
Abstract
The article presents future E.U. policy in the area of research, technology and innovation towards 2020. The analysis is based on Strategy “Europe 2020” and European Commission’s proposal on EU budget for the period 2014-2020. The goal is to examine whether or not these decisions and proposals lead to public policy’s upgrade and to seek the impact that they have on Greece, on its research community and on domestic public policy.
