Το πλαίσιο της Διασφάλισης της Ποιότητας στα Δημόσια ΙΕΚ: Οι στάσεις των εκπαιδευτών

Abstract

Η συγκεκριμένη ερευνητική εργασία επιχειρεί να διερευνήσει τις αντιλήψεις των εκπαιδευτών των ΙΕΚ αναφορικά με το σύγχρονο νομοθετικό πλαίσιο για την αξιολόγηση. Αφού παρουσιάσουμε το βασικό περιεχόμενο της έννοιας της ποιότητας, αναφερθούμε στην  αξιολόγηση και τη σύνδεσή της με τη διασφάλιση της ποιότητας, αναζητούμε την αποτύπωσή τους στο πρόσφατο νομοθετικό πλαίσιο για τα Δημόσια ΙΕΚ (ΔΙΕΚ). Στη συνέχεια, παρουσιάζουμε τα αποτελέσματα ποιοτικής έρευνας που έλαβε χώρα με τη συμμετοχή δέκα εκπαιδευτών σε ΔΙΕΚ. Αναδεικνύουν τις ποικίλες αντιλήψεις για την ποιότητα που φέρουν οι εκπαιδευτές στα ΔΙΕΚ, ενώ διακρίνονται και οι δυσκολίες στην υιοθέτηση διαφορετικών πρακτικών που σχετίζονται με την αντίσταση στην αλλαγή αλλά και την καχυποψία αναφορικά με τις διαδικασίες. Συνολικά, η διασφάλιση ποιότητας εκλαμβάνεται ως μια πολυσύνθετη διαδικασία, με τις επιφυλάξεις των εκπαιδευτών να εστιάζονται στην ελλιπή προετοιμασία και την υλοποίησή της στο πεδίο.
