Abstract
Some new fragments of the sculptural decoration of the katholikon of Nea Moni on Chios”
The 23 fragments from the sculptural decoration of the katholikon, which are the subject of the present article, were collected during repair works undertaken at the roofing between the exonarthex and the bell tower and during the restoration works carried out at the Trapeza of the monastery. The fragments are from the colonettes of the dome and from several other places of the interior of both the church and its exonarthex.
