Abstract
In eight of the catalogue entries, both mural paintings and portable icons, of the “Treasures of the Mount Athos,” there was no transcription of their inscriptions. The scope of this article is to fill in this gap and to offer possible suggestions for the now lost; or partially written by their painters’ inscriptions.
