The attitudes of secondary school students towards the functioning of learning communities.
Abstract
This paper presents a research that was carried out in autumn 2014 in adolescent pupils of secondary education in relation with student councils and the satisfaction they feel from the function of councils into school framework. Statistical significant relations were noticed among students’ sex, the type of school and their performance and the feeling they acquire from the function of the institution. In general, pupils were positive towards student councils and considered it a useful institution despite the fact that there are problems in its implementation.
